About Helvetica Credit Investment
An independent Swiss private credit manager, founded in 2014, serving private and institutional clients from Zurich and New York.
Built by credit professionals who wanted a better way to hold private capital.
Helvetica Credit Investment AG was established in Zurich by a team of former bank lenders and structured finance specialists. We saw that private credit, one of the most consistent sources of yield available to institutions, remained largely inaccessible to individual investors and smaller family offices. Minimum tickets were too high, reporting was opaque and liquidity terms were rarely explained in plain language.
We set out to change that. Our platform allows clients to allocate from a few hundred dollars to ten million dollars into a professionally underwritten lending book, receive yield every day and see exactly how their capital is deployed. Everything we do is governed by Swiss standards of client asset protection and documented in policies that anyone can read.
Today we manage a diversified portfolio of senior secured corporate loans, asset backed bridge finance, infrastructure and renewable energy project debt and specialty credit across Switzerland, the European Union, the United Kingdom and North America.
What guides every decision.
Capital preservation first
We lend against hard collateral and contracted cash flows. Our credit committee rejects more than four out of five applications it reviews.
Radical transparency
Clients see the same ledger our finance team sees. Every yield posting, fee and adjustment is itemised and permanently recorded.
Client alignment
Our partners invest alongside clients in the same plans on identical terms. We earn when our clients earn.
